My cleaning rates reflect my experience and the community I serve. My rate is $50/hour. Some clients prefer to have a consistent charge for each cleaning which I'm happy to accommodate. All cleaning jobs are subject to sales tax. 

Deep cleaning is $55/hour. Deep cleaning is more physically demanding requiring moving furniture and appliances. Also, this kind of cleaning requires more product and effort, for example oven cleaning and cleaning the tops of kitchen cupboards. 

Organizing and decluttering is the same hourly rate as cleaning, $50. There maybe additional charges, such as dropping off items to the dump or a local charity shop.
